Broccoli Cous-cous

Ingredients:

1 broccoli stalk, florets only
1/2 cup cranraisons
1/2 almonds or cashews
1tbl olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Option: add sundried tomatoes, chopped and sautéed in olive oil. 

To make:
1. Chop broccoli in thermomix, speed 5 for 10 seconds or in a food processor on medium for about 10 seconds. Broccoli should look like green cous-cous.
2. Toast nuts and dried fruits in a tsp of oil olive in the pan. Add broccoli and sauté. Add cumin and paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
