Homemade Granola

                    Homemade Granola Ingredients: 250 gr uncooked oats 125 gr unsweetened shredded coconut 125 gr sliced almonds 14 tbl real maple syrup  6 tbl olive oil 1 pinch of salt 1 tbl real vanilla extract 1 cup raisons or chocolate chips (optional) To make: Mix all ingredients together except for raisons or chocolate chips.  Spread evenly onto cookie sheet, about 3 cookie sheets Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool. Add yellow raisins or chocolate chips.
